A business friendly State is attained by first keeping taxes low. This means NO INCOME tax and a low taxation rate on business. Secondly a business friendly environment is attained by keeping State government small and regulations non-intrusive.

The rewards of being a business friendly state: businesses will flourish, jobs will be plentiful and thus we will be able to become more self sufficient, providing for our families instead of relying on State government for help.
